Accommodation includes a comfortable double berth, along with additional bunk sleeping arrangements for up to a total of four people. The galley kitchen is equipped with a 12V Kwikool fridge/freezer, sink, ample bench space and cupboards, and a Spinflo four-burner cooktop that is currently not in use. Adjacent to the galley, the booth-style dining area comfortably seats four.
 
The bathroom features a moulded shower and vanity, while a separate new marine flushing toilet is located opposite for added convenience. Outside, the large stern deck provides the ideal space to relax and entertain, complete with full shade coverage, wind-down privacy blinds, a BBQ, and uninterrupted river views.
 
Designed for off-grid living, Rennie is powered by a 12V electrical system supported by three house batteries, a Solarex charger and two solar panels. Additional onboard features include Hydrive Admiral Series hydraulic steering, a Luxline 8 instant gas hot water system, and approximately 250 litres of wastewater storage.
 
Propulsion is provided by a 2022 Honda 50HP EFI four-stroke outboard motor with only 85 hours of use, currently supplied by a 25-litre fuel tank.
 
This purchase is offered as a Walk-In  Walk-Out / As Is Where Is Sale. Hull preparation and repainting were completed by Goolwa Marine Services during the last out-of-water maintenance in September 2022.
 
The current berth may be available for temporary short-term mooring subject to approval or can be purchased separately from the vendors. This vessel presents in a clean, tidy, condition and is sure to impress upon inspection.
