R & R TOO
Ever dreamed of cruising the length of the Murray but thought you were not experienced enough? The current owners jumped onboard R & R Too, navigated themselves from Murray Bridge to Mildura with little to no knowledge of boats or houseboats, and can tell the tale of their awesome adventure. This River Wren built in 2015 is a one bedroom, two decked craft with a heavy-duty steel monohull and fully fiberglass roofed houseboat. The generous sundeck is completely covered with a hard roof, has a modern outdoor lounge, storage, generator, and is a great place to sit back, relax, and enjoy elevated river views.
Entry is by way of the stern deck doorway, which takes you into the large bedroom. The walk around queen bed has under-bed gas lift storage space, there is also hull access. A Daiken Inverter reverse cycle air conditioner and dual bedroom fans make for year-round comfort.
The light filled main open plan living area features a modern galley style kitchen featuring all necessary appliances, with a booth dining area and a collapsible table. The orderly helm has all standard Yamaha instrumentation, and Hydrive Admiral Series hydraulic steering. Evaporative air conditioning, honeycomb blinds and timber laminate floors throughout add to this boats appeal.
There is a generous sized quality appointed bathroom with marine toilet, molded shower, vanity unit, and storage area.

Propulsion is by a Yamaha 60Hp high thrust four stroke fuel injected outboard motor with 3,378hrs and recently fully serviced by Murray lands boating at 3,376Hrs.
Last slipped October 2023 with a new Insurance risk assessment completed, hull was cleaned, prepared and re-painted. This vessel comes complete with Gas, Electrical and EPA compliances.
