PAGAN LADY
Pagan Lady is an excellent opportunity for a live-aboard buyer or first-time houseboat purchaser. This well-presented mid-size vessel has benefited from recent appliance upgrades, attentive maintenance, and is for genuine sale
Upon boarding, the treated pine decking and safety hand-railing are in good order. The vessel features substantial fully covered bow and stern decks ideal for entertaining, along with newly fitted convenient front pump-out points, generous storage areas, and outside blinds. A stern swim deck provides easy access to water activities and enjoyment on the water.
Entry to the interior reveals a traditional-style open-plan layout combining the helm, lounge, dining, and kitchen areas. The helm station is fitted with standard Thornycroft instrumentation, Hydrive hydraulic steering, a Hummingbird depth finder, and a Uniden UHF radio. Aft of the helm is the lounge area, positioned opposite a comfortable four-person dining space. The portside corner kitchen is compact and functional, offering ample cupboard and drawer storage. Year-round comfort is provided by a newly fitted Kelvinator inverter reverse-cycle air conditioner.
A central companionway leads to three bedrooms and the bathroom. Accommodation includes a primary queen-size walk-around bedroom, a second double-size walk-around bedroom, and a third room suitable as a bunk room or study. The mid-ship starboard bathroom is fully tiled and well appointed, featuring a moulded corner shower with glass door, a marine flushing toilet, and a vanity unit.
The stern deck storage area houses a 7kg Carson top-loader washing machine, twelve 2.2V AGM house batteries, and an Outback 3,000W inverter supplying auto start 240V off-grid power, supported by a Gentrax 3KVA generator.
Propulsion is provided by a robust Leyland Thornycroft 50HP marine diesel engine showing only 2,172 hours of use, coupled with a Stern Power Systems propeller leg drive. An approximately 250-litre fuel tank offers an excellent cruising range.
Pagan Lady was last slipped in July 2024 at the Mannum Slipway, where pontoon maintenance was completed, new bow waste points were installed, a new insurance risk assessment was successfully passed, and all pontoon maintenance attended to. The vessel holds current electrical, gas, and EPA wastewater compliances. 1,050 litres of black water storage and a grey water EPA filtration system. Registration is valid until September 2026.
This is a walk-in, walk-out sale with all personal items removed. The current mooring is available subject to application and approval. Pagan Lady offers a warm, homely feel and is ready for the next owner to customise and make their own.
