This lovely vessel is very capable and has travelled the majority of our Mighty Murray River. Lazy Living is very well known amongst fellow houseboat owners.
 
Built in Murray Bridge over 1980/81 has served the current owners very well but time has come to find a new owner. This vessel is also wheelchair friendly. 
 
Upon entering Lazy Living, the forward starboard helm has all standard instrumentation with Hydrive hydraulic steering. This area is comfortable, offering a lounge with TV, and a dining area for four. This leads into the central galley with 4 x burner Chef stove/oven/grill, Waeco 12volt fridge, spacious laminated bench tops and plenty of cupboards and storage.
 
Accommodation available for four, the main having a double bed with a wall mounted TV, the second bunk room has a single bed. This room also has a fold down bed or tuck it away for extra room.
 
There is a separate toilet, moulded shower, and a vanity area.
 
The bow and stern decking timbers are all in good order. The decks are big enough to entertain and BBQ. There is also a swim deck for easy entry for water activities.
