At the last out of water inspection completed 29th September 2024 a full Insurance survey risk assessment was completed and passed by Leo Vette on the Mannum Marine slipway.  The hull was mechanically cleaned and two coats of international Intertuf marine anticorrosive paint applied with new anodes also fitted at this time. This vessel is Gas and EPA compliant.
 
On-boarding High & Dry you will notice the stained timber decking is in very good order throughout. Both fore and aft decks are large and fully covered. At the stern deck there is a ladder to the upper sundeck which has a sealed fibreglass over ply decking with stainless handrailing. 
 
On-entering the deckhouse there is a combined helm, kitchen, and lounge area, with a cozy Euro wood combustion heater. The helm has all the standard Yamaha instrumentation with Hydrive admiral series hydraulic steering. The lounge has a single fold-out bed and a three-seater chesterfield leather sofa. The “U” shaped kitchen has a Chef four burner cooktop with grill and oven, 435L Westinghouse fridge/freezer, with adequate bench and cupboard space. 
 
Mid-ship portside there is a breakfast bar for dining and could also be used as a study nook/office if required, adjacent is the main double bedroom with cupboards, hanging space, and TV.
 
Aft of the breakfast bar is the bathroom having a macerating toilet, glass door shower, and vanity with sink. If wanting to live aboard, there is also a handy Samsung washing machine located on the rear deck. 
 
Propulsion is by a 2013 Yamaha 60Hp fuel injected four stroke high thrust outboard motor with only 274Hrs, last serviced by Waikerie Honda.
