The Estate needs the boat to be removed from the mooring by no later than 31st December 2023 and they are prepared to sell it to the best cash offer, NO subject to offers, No swaps or Trades, etc.
 
Cygnet is a one-bedroom steel hull pontoon boat with an inboard Perkins Marine diesel motor. The condition of the pontoons and the motor is unknown as the vessel has not moved from the mooring in approximately 12 years. There is top deck access via a stair.
 
The boat has a separate toilet and bathroom with molded shower and vanity.
 
Included in sale all flat screen TV’s, 4.0 Sea Bird aluminum dinghy, Yamaha 15Hp outboard motor and a trailer, air fryer, lounge, pretty much what you see is what you get.
 
This is an AS-IS WHERE-IS purchase which includes all items onboard Cygnet. (Some personal belongings i.e., photos etc. not included).
 
There will be no TEST DRIVE or SLIPPING prior to sale. The purchaser is responsible to apply due diligence in regard to inspection of the vessel. The vessel is currently not registered and not compliant.
