Unacceptable

Do not be fooled by the name of this houseboat as “Unacceptable” is a parody!

On inspection to list this boat, we found it to be “most acceptable”.

Best described as a “no frills”, honest boat with a lot to offer, it is neat, clean, well maintained and ready to cruise.

Built on well known, low maintenance Speight Engineering aluminium pontoons, it is a well-constructed solid boat.

On entering off the forward deck you are presented with a surprisingly large and beautifully bright living / dining space.

On the port side of this room is a modern, galley style kitchen and roomy lounge area. Over on the starboard side is the helm position and the dining setting.

A central companionway leads through to the stern with bedrooms and the bathroom off each side.

The main bedroom has a double island bed, the second has double bunks and is a large room with an abundance of spare space.

A bathroom of generous proportion is located towards the stern on the starboard side. It offers a fully moulded shower, vanity with cupboards beneath and toilet.

Heating is gas and cooling is evaporative air condition.

Outdoor spaces are large with the foredeck providing space for outdoor living/entertaining and is fitted with a large Ziegler and Brown BBQ.

The rear deck has ample room for water sport equipment and is fitted with a swimdeck.

Unacceptable is a great entry level, mid-sized houseboat at a realistic price in today’s market. It is a walk in / walk out sale that includes all furniture, fittings and appliances etc.
